One person does everything from analysis/Headhunting, telephone interviews, on-site interviews, (structured), presents to you and takes references. Many recruitment companies use several people during a process.
No advertising
We make a careful analysis based on your specification of requirements, personal characteristics and specific skills. We only call the people who have the right requirement profile. IF the customer wants for marketing reasons to have an ad, of course we will create an ad.
In-depth interviews
We go into depth on e.g. business acumen, drive, relationship building where the candidate can give clear examples.
Letter of motivation
The candidate must justify in writing why he/she wants the position, and what the candidate can bring to you as a company.
This is to ensure the motivation of the candidate
References
You will receive the names and telephone numbers of the references. Most of the references are known to us, of which there is credibility in the reference taking.

We never work with more than two or three assignments in parallel, to ensure quality and speed in the processes.
