We are also your partner for calibration and maintenance
Focus on your core business and let Amtele handle the administration of instruments and calibration. We make sure that you always have your instruments calibrated at the right time, we repair or replace broken instruments, regardless of make. In our own lab in Kungens Kurva, we handle pressure and electrical calibration, other quantities are done in one of our partner labs. About the position
To support customers and the company’s salespeople with technical support and quote work. The work consists of processing/investigating technical issues, liaising with suppliers, making quotations, and other administrative work associated with sales. Most of our sales are through technical analysis of the customer’s problem and a quotation procedure. With a lot of commitment, together with the customer we work to meet the customer’s needs. We work a lot with various development projects and meet the customer’s needs for test equipment, usually in their test lab.

Responsibilities

  • Handle various technical questions from customers and sellers.
  • Make technical inquiries with suppliers.
  • Quotation work and other administrative sales work.
  • Recommend products to customers and sellers based on needs.
  • Involved in marketing of products through technical knowledge.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Participate in fairs, seminars, etc.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position. Salesperson/Technical Support
  • Experience in Pressure & Flow, knowledge in calibration is meritorious.
  • Be strongly interested in technology and curious about new solutions.
  • Experience in needs analysis and presentation of technical solutions.
  • Experience in quotation writing and administrative work.
  • Be self-motivated and good at converting technical specifications into application solutions.
  • Have good computer skills.

About the service

You will be the company's external representative to our customers, you will work with an individual sales plan to achieve the set sales budget and results.
